The observation
Factories change constantly — new products, new variants, new processes — and the engineering that has to follow each change is still done by hand, by a small number of people who are already the bottleneck.

The wrong fix
General-purpose models were pointed at the problem and produced work that reads correctly and fails at the compiler. Industrial engineering is low-resource for them, and no amount of retrieval over manuals changes that.

What SEIB is
A model purpose-trained on verified industrial engineering work, built so that verification is part of training rather than a filter afterwards — and built to span the whole lifecycle, because that is where the work is actually lost.
